Shipping policy

Shipment is organised within 3 working days of an order being placed. Express delivery orders are processed as priority and shipped as soon as practicable. In most cases orders will be shipped sooner.

Tracking is guaranteed for Express Shipping, and may or may not be offered for Standard Shipping, depending on carrier, destination, and other factors. 

Shipping is fulfilled by Australia Post or Sendle, depending on rates and order details.

Shipping fees are set at checkout, but we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order in the unfortunate case that shipping costs are too high. If this is the case, we will contact you to communicate the issue. Should you wish to go ahead, we will organise a separate payment to cover shipping, minus any shipping costs that would have been included in a normal order already.
